Etmika Horseseurope.com Sp zo.o., will use the Polish Post, Priority mail – unless other agreed between parties.

Shipping and handling fee is 15 Pln within Poland. This is not applicable on saddles or on shipments to other countries than Poland.

Etmika Horseseurope.com Sp zo.o., will not take any responsibility of delays if Polish Post (or other shipping company) is on strike, or other interferences should occur in the delivery chain that is out of our control.

The Buyer authorises the Seller to make an agreement for postal services on the Buyer’s behalf and account.

Etmika Horseseurope.com Sp zo.o. will send purchases made, within 3 working days after payment is received. Reservation: Item/s is out of stock. (Etmika will notify Customer if Item/s is not available)

Customer has the right to return regular purchases, except for special orders or sale-items, made within 14 days with money-back guarantee/Gift Certificate/change of product. Item must then be un-used and in its original unopened packaging. (Postage is to be paid by buyer.) Please be aware of that Etmika Horseseurope.com Sp zo.o. cannot guarantee that your monitor will reflect the colors shown on pictures accurately.

This return policy is however not valid if there has been any further and detailed description of Item via email, telephone, sms, face-to-face.
